Returns & Refund Policy

Items cannot be returned or refunded once purchased, only damaged pieces with proof can be exchanged with the same item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only offer exchange for damaged items, subject to verification.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

Once we review and approve your request, the item will be eligible for exchange with the same product only (subject to stock availability). We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used or damaged items (not reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged products and will be processed after inspection and approval. Replacement will be provided for the same item only.
